Today, we are sharing a success story from our client Mueller in Groenlo, Netherlands, a renowned tank builder.
For Mueller, achieving perfection in metal sheets is crucial to meet the highest quality standards in subsequent metal forming processes. This is where our Peak Performer part leveling machine excels, ensuring impeccable results.
Since early 2023, Mueller has relied on the Peak Performer, supplied by HEVAMI Oppervlaktetechniek BV, to level stainless steel and copper sheets. These precisely leveled sheets are integral in crafting beer tanks for breweries and milk silos for farms and dairy factories.
The Peak Performer part leveling machine has been seamlessly integrated at the end of Mueller's tank manufacturing production line. The sheet material is cut with a laser cutting machine, welded in a laser welding machine, and subsequently leveled with the Peak Performer. The entire line accommodates plate material of 6000 x 2000 mm.
The advantages in tank construction are clear – fewer segments lead to superior efficiency.
