Wintersteiger AG acquired 86% of the Kohler Maschinenbau GmbH

Friesenheim/Ried i. I. On September 30th, 2011 the company Wintersteiger AG, based in Ried im Innkreis in Upper Austria, acquired 86% of the shares of the Kohler Maschinenbau GmbH, Friesenheim.

Successful re-assessment audit

The quality management system DIN EN ISO 9001:2008, the environmental management system DIN EN 14001:2005 and the OHSAS 18001:2007 (security and health management) are internationally accepted quality certificates.
During the re-audit in January 2010, KOHLER could again demonstrate its excellent reputation as supplier of first class products and was certified by VDE according to the updated quality requirements.

Exhibitions in 2009
KOHLER is present on several exhibitions all over the world.

As KOHLER is internationally active, the company and its wide product range are presented on several trade shows worldwide.

The first shows will be "BLECH Russia" in Saint Petersburg and "Industrie 2009" in Lyon, both taking place from 10th to 13th March. KOHLER looks forward to welcome you on Peking's "CIMT" in April and on Chicago's "METALFORM" in November. The last exhibition in 2009 will be "Blechexpo" in Stuttgart from 1st to 4th December.
