According to our experience regular wear of the levelling rollers is assessed during machine checks. Possible maintenance procedures:
Exchange of worn levelling rollers
Grinding and coating of worn levelling rollers
In many cases a surface treatment of the levelling rollers offers economical and technical advantages, since the rollers are then adapted to the production requirements i.e. the material to be processed.
